Learner Support

Learner Support provides a range of services to help you while at university. If you want to find out how to use on-line databases and information skills, improve your IT and study skills, want someone to talk to about stress or other personal issues that are affecting your ability to study, are seeking information or support about childcare, are under financial pressure, think you may be entitled to special needs support, or if you are simply not sure who to ask or if there is support available, contact Learner Support.

Effective Learning Service

The Effective Learning Service provides a range of services for students, aimed at improving their learning skills (i.e. report and essay writing, presentation skills and preparing for examinations). Supplementary English language classes are also available for international students.

Students' Association

The Students' Association acts as a voice for the students and aims to provide advice on welfare and many other issues. They are also responsible for providing clubs and societies, Sport, Bars and Catering, Entertainment, Re:union Magazine and campaigns on any student-relevant issues.

Careers Service

The Careers Service at Glasgow Caledonian University aims to provide quality, effective careers advice and information to empower students and graduates to make informed decisions about their careers, learning and continuing professional development.
