Programme Overview

Chess

Broadly organised around the theme of understanding, leading and responding to change, the Executive MBA will expand your horizons, shape reflective learning and enable proactive and effective management.  Amongst others, it provides the skills and tools to:

  • Align strategy with the external environment and negotiate barriers to policy implementation
  • Anticipate and respond to shifts in customer/client needs
  • Exploit technology for effective delivery of services
  • Appraise and utilise frameworks for business excellence
  • Manage the interdependency of public, private and voluntary organisations

To give you the edge and help you develop the intellectual, personal and professional skills to excel in management, the programme highlights the ‘softer’ dimensions of organising and managing aimed at:

  • Challenging and changing traditional mindsets: oneself and others
  • Harnessing the talents of individuals and teams for innovation and creativity
  • Managing for continuous adaptation and transformational change
